Charter Bus Rental in Seattle

Seattle has specific pickup rules at the airport, the convention center and Pike Place. We book a licensed operator who works within them. The charter bus and the driver come on one quote.

Charter bus rental pickups at Sea-Tac

Downtown is about 14 miles from Sea-Tac, 25 to 45 minutes. Before pickup, charter buses report to the 28th Street lot to check in. They then load at the garage's Northeast Charter Lot, Floor 1. The garage's third floor holds the Ground Transportation Plaza, used by limos.

Pre-arranged limos have nowhere to stage on the airport. Send flight numbers so the driver arrives for the real landing, not an hour early with nowhere to wait.

Arch or Summit: tell people which building

The Seattle Convention Center has two buildings. The Arch is at 705 Pike St, with bus drop at 800 Convention Place. The Summit is at 900 Pine St, with bus drop on 9th Ave. Put the right one in the joining instructions. Otherwise half the group waits at the wrong curb.

Pike Place and Seattle Center in one day

Pike Place Market's charter bus zone is on 1st Ave, west side, between Pike and Pine, and it allows 15 minutes. That time is for loading, not waiting. Have the group at the curb when the bus arrives.

Seattle Center holds three: MoPOP, the Space Needle, and Chihuly Garden and Glass. Group them into one stop and the day gets simpler.

Cruise days, game days and the mountains

Cruises sail from Pier 66 and Pier 91, and each has its own bus area. Our cruise port page covers the difference. For Lumen Field, T-Mobile Park or Climate Pledge Arena, decide whether the bus waits or returns.

Snoqualmie Falls is under an hour. Mount Rainier takes 2 to 2.5 hours. Leavenworth is farther, and oversized vehicles there park only at the Glacier Lot. Vancouver, BC runs three hours or more, plus the border.
