DFW Airport charter bus rental for groups
DFW makes charter pickups straightforward: the bus comes to the lower-level curb at your terminal. The distances across Dallas and Fort Worth are what need planning.
Lower level for charter buses, upper level for ride apps
DFW has Terminals A through E. Charter buses load downstairs, at each terminal's lower-level curbside. Ride apps pick up on the upper level. Groups split up when half follow the rideshare signs. Tell everyone before they fly: lower level, your terminal.
Ground operators get company, driver and vehicle permits from DFW. That is the operator's side of the job, not yours. If the group arrives at two or more terminals, pick one pickup and move people to it.

Dallas or Fort Worth: check the address first
DFW sits between the two cities. Downtown Dallas is about 20 miles, 25 to 45 minutes. Hotels also cluster in Uptown, Victory Park, Deep Ellum, the Arlington Entertainment District and downtown Fort Worth around Sundance Square. Give us the full address. An Arlington hotel and a downtown Dallas hotel are different trips.
Flying in for a game in Arlington
At AT&T Stadium, buses need a bus pass and get a section of Lot 15. Globe Life Field is also in Arlington. If your group flies in for a game, tell us early so the operator can plan the pass and parking.
Also check the length of the day. Driving stops once a driver has been on duty 15 hours. An early airport pickup followed by a night game can run past that. We check the plan before we quote and split it across two drivers if needed.
Convention groups landing at DFW
At the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center Dallas, Halls D to F are coming down for a rebuild, so events use Halls A to C. Check which entrance your event uses before setting the drop-off. In Fort Worth, the convention center is being expanded and stays open throughout. TEXRail serves Terminal B and DART's Orange Line serves Terminal A, fine for a few people without much luggage.
Questions
At DFW, where does the charter bus pick up?
Downstairs, at your terminal's lower-level curbside. Ride apps are upstairs, so keep the group on the lower level.
Do we need a permit to be picked up at DFW?
No. DFW permits the operator, the driver and the vehicle. You book the trip, and the operator handles the permits.
Can one driver cover the airport run and a game the same day?
Often, yes. After 8 hours off, drivers may drive up to 10 hours, and they may not drive once 15 hours on duty have passed. We check the full day against those limits when we quote.
