Charter Bus Rental in Philadelphia

Philadelphia keeps motorcoaches off city streets except at set stops. We book a licensed operator who plans around those stops. The trip and the driver come on a single quote.

Charter bus rental for Independence Hall trips

Get the tickets before you fix the bus times. Independence Hall uses timed tickets. Tour operators get theirs through Recreation.gov. Once you know the entry time, we build the pickup around it.

The bus drop is the Independence Transportation Center. Find it on Race St between 5th and 6th, with 11 loading spots and a 10 to 15 minute limit. Unload fast and send the group straight in. The National Constitution Center is right beside it.

Where the bus goes while you tour

Motorcoaches may not park on city streets. One option is the Callowhill Bus Center, on Callowhill St between 2nd and 3rd, with about 40 coach spaces. The driver waits there and comes back when you call.

Diesel vehicles over 8,500 pounds have a 5-minute idling limit, with some exceptions for buses. Do not expect the bus to sit running at the curb.

The Pennsylvania Convention Center is in Center City, next to Reading Terminal Market. Hotels in Center City and Rittenhouse Square keep shuttle loops short. Old City and University City add time.

For Eagles, Phillies, Sixers or Flyers games, decide whether the bus waits or leaves and returns. Waiting time changes the quote.
