Charter bus rental in Nashville

Charter bus rental in Nashville serves music fans, convention crowds and celebrations. Each needs a different plan.

From BNA to downtown

Downtown is about 9 miles from Nashville International. Give us flight numbers so the pickup tracks when each plane actually lands. Big weekend groups often land across several flights; book the coach for the last one or split the group.

Charter bus rental for Broadway, Music City Center and the Opry

Music City Center is in SoBro, a short walk from Broadway. The Ryman Auditorium is downtown too. The Grand Ole Opry is not; it is out at the Opry House in Music Valley. An Opry night needs a return time, since the show ends and everyone leaves together.

Party buses and the open-alcohol rule

The Metro Transportation Licensing Commission regulates party vehicles in Nashville. Since December 1, 2021, unenclosed party vehicles have been under a countywide ban on open alcohol. For a bachelorette or birthday group, book an enclosed party bus and ask the operator what is allowed before you board.

The driver may not hold open alcohol, even where passengers can. If a party vehicle is built to carry 16 or more, counting the driver, the driver must hold a passenger-endorsed CDL.

Game days downtown and at the fairgrounds

Bridgestone Arena is on Broadway, so Predators crowds overlap with the bar traffic. GEODIS Park is at Fairgrounds Nashville. Agree a meeting point before the game and share it with the whole group. If you want the coach nearby at the final whistle, book it for the full event, not just the drop.

Day trips: Lynchburg, Franklin and Mammoth Cave

Franklin is 30 to 45 minutes away. The Jack Daniel Distillery in Lynchburg takes about 90 minutes to two hours, and Mammoth Cave a little longer. The driver cannot drink within 4 hours of driving, so the tasting is for passengers only. Chattanooga and Louisville run two and a half to three and a half hours each way.
