Where a charter bus pickup happens at LAX
LAX has the Tom Bradley International Terminal (Terminal B) plus Terminals 1 to 8. Pre-arranged pickups use the islands of the outer curb, outside baggage claim, down on the Lower/Arrivals level. The inner curb is where the free LAX-it shuttle stops. The LAX-it lot, next to Terminal 1, is for taxis and rideshare. Your group does not go there.
Tell people before they fly: lower level, cross to the outer island, wait there. The driver confirms the exact island with your group contact before the day.

Staging, and when to call the driver
Permitted operators wait in the Commercial Vehicle Holding Lot, then come around to the curb. The loop is slow at peak times. So the call should come when the group is on the curb island with its bags, not when the plane lands. A coach that arrives early has nowhere to stand.
LAX to Downtown, Anaheim and the beach
Downtown is about 17 miles, 30 to 60 minutes. Many groups head to Hollywood, Santa Monica, Pasadena or the Anaheim Resort. Hotels in the LAX and El Segundo area are the short runs. For a Disneyland group, the Anaheim Resort is a separate, longer trip, so say whether the group stops anywhere on the way. Give us the full address. Los Angeles is spread out, and the wrong hotel can cost an hour.
Super Bowl LXI and big-event weeks
On February 14, 2027, Super Bowl LXI is played at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood. Groups flying in for it should book early. Arrivals bunch in the days before, and the same coaches are wanted for hotel shuttles and game day.
If the week includes Griffith Observatory, the horseshoe driveway is the drop point; the bus leaves and returns for pickup. It may not park or wait on site, so agree the pickup time before you get off.
