Charter bus rental in Las Vegas

A charter bus in Las Vegas moves between the airport, the Strip, the convention halls and the desert. The desert trips come with the strictest rules.

Harry Reid airport arrivals

Terminal 1 pre-arranged pickups happen at west baggage claim, doors 7 to 10; group shuttles have doors 7 to 13. Terminal 3 uses Level Zero. Your pre-arranged driver meets you in baggage claim. Tell us the terminal for every flight.

Strip resorts are big, and the door a coach uses is often not the main entrance guests know. Ask the hotel where buses load and tell the group before pickup day.

Charter bus rental for LVCC, Venetian Expo and Mandalay Bay shows

A show booking is usually a loop between Strip hotels and one hall. The Las Vegas Convention Center is off the Strip, and the LVCC Loop tunnel links its halls, so drop at the hall your group needs.

CES runs January 6 to 9, 2027. For those days, LVCC and Venetian Expo have no public parking, and only the S2, C5 and West Hall entrances at LVCC take drop-offs. Book as soon as your team is confirmed.

Hoover Dam and the Red Rock timed entry

Every bus at Hoover Dam is inspected, and the check includes a walk-through of the passenger area. A bus with luggage aboard is turned away, so never combine an airport run with the dam. Commercial operators need a Commercial Use Authorization as well.

Red Rock Canyon is only 17 miles west, but from October 1 to May 31 motorcoaches need timed entry. Fix your time early.

Grand Canyon West and Zion

Grand Canyon West takes two to three hours each way; Zion takes three or more. On the Zion-Mt. Carmel Highway, large vehicles cannot use the east section, so the route is fixed. Both are long days on driver hours. Start early and keep stops short.

Game nights and shows on the Strip

Allegiant Stadium, T-Mobile Arena and Sphere all empty at once. Before you go in, choose a pickup spot within easy walking distance of the exit and share it with the group.

Questions

Can we stop at Hoover Dam on the way from the airport?

Not with luggage on board. Buses carrying luggage are refused entry, so drop bags at the hotel first.

Where does a bus drop at LVCC during CES?

At the S2, C5 or West Hall entrances only.

Can a coach take our group to Valley of Fire?

Yes. The drive from Las Vegas is about 60 to 90 minutes. Groups need a park permit, so sort that out before the day.

Is Red Rock Canyon a half-day trip?

Yes. It is 30 to 40 minutes from the Strip. Between October 1 and May 31, the coach needs a timed entry slot.
