Sea-Tac charter bus rental for groups
Sea-Tac has a written routine for charter buses, and a lot of the groups using it are heading to a cruise ship. Here is how the day runs.
Charter buses: check in, then the Northeast Charter Lot
Before pickup, charter buses report to the 28th Street lot to check in. Then the bus moves to the garage's Northeast Charter Lot, on Floor 1, and your group walks to it. The driver confirms the timing with your contact before the day.
Sea-Tac has one Main Terminal with Concourses A to D and the N and S satellites. Walking from a satellite gate to the garage takes a while with bags. Call the driver when the group is together, not when the plane lands.

Sedans and SUVs: the Ground Transportation Plaza
Pre-arranged limos pick up on the 3rd floor of the garage, at the Ground Transportation Plaza. They cannot stage on the airport, so the car does not wait on site for long. Give us flight numbers so the pickup tracks the real landing.
Sea-Tac to the cruise piers
The Port of Seattle is about 15 miles away, 30 to 45 minutes. Norwegian and Oceania use Pier 66, the Bell Street terminal. Other lines use Pier 91 at Smith Cove, where cruise buses have a designated entry and exit. Tell us the ship.
The cruise line's own buses board on the baggage claim level. If you booked the cruise line's transfer, go there. If you booked a private charter with us, go to the charter lot. Mixing them up is the most common way a group gets split.
Downtown stops: Pike Place and the convention center
Downtown is about 14 miles. Pike Place Market's charter bus zone runs along 1st Avenue, west side, from Pike to Pine; the limit is 15 minutes. Load fast. At the Seattle Convention Center, the bus drop is at 800 Convention Place for Arch and on 9th Avenue for Summit.
