Las Vegas airport charter bus and shuttle

Harry Reid International is close to the Strip, so the ride is short. The work is in the pickup: two terminals, several doors, and many groups doing the same thing.

Charter bus and shuttle pickups at Terminals 1 and 3

Terminal 1 has two spots: west baggage claim doors 7 to 10 for pre-arranged pickups, and doors 7 to 13 for group shuttles. Terminal 3 puts pre-arranged pickups on Level Zero. On a pre-arranged limo trip, the driver meets passengers in baggage claim.

Rideshare is in the garages: Level 2 at Terminal 1, Level V at Terminal 3. Keep your group away from those signs. For a minibus or motorcoach, the driver confirms the exact door with you before the day.

Convention weeks and CES

During big shows the airport pickup is the easy part. The hotel curb is not. CES 2027 runs January 6 to 9. Public parking is off at both the Las Vegas Convention Center and the Venetian Expo that week, and LVCC takes drop-offs at three entrances only: S2, C5 and West Hall. Book early for that week, and tell us which hall your team needs.

Hoover Dam comes after the hotel

Every bus is inspected at Hoover Dam, walk-through of the passenger area included. Any bus with luggage aboard gets turned away. So go to the hotel first, unload, then go to the dam. Commercial operators need a Commercial Use Authorization there, which we confirm when we book.

Red Rock Canyon is closer, but from October 1 to May 31 a motorcoach needs a timed entry slot. Tell us the date and we build it into the plan.

Matching the vehicle to the Las Vegas trip

Bachelor parties and small groups often want a Sprinter or party bus. Conference teams and wedding guests book coaches. Match the luggage too. A party bus has little room for bags, so don't book one for the airport run. Use a van or coach for the transfer. Save the party bus for the night.

Where does the driver meet us at Terminal 1?

West baggage claim, doors 7 to 10, for pre-arranged pickups. Group shuttles use doors 7 to 13. The driver confirms which one.

Can we stop at Hoover Dam on the way from the airport?

Not with luggage on board. Any bus with luggage aboard is turned away, so drop bags at the hotel first.

How far is the Strip from the airport?

Most Strip hotels are a short run. Downtown is farther: about 8 miles, or 15 to 25 minutes.

Is CES week harder to book?

Yes. Demand for every vehicle size goes up. Book as soon as your team's flights are set.
