Where the car or charter bus meets you

DEN has one terminal, Jeppesen Terminal. The limo booth sits at Island 2, up on Level 5. West-side doors 504 to 506 and 510 to 512, and east-side doors 505 to 507 and 511 to 513, lead to Island 2. Sedans and SUVs pick up there.

For a minibus or motorcoach, you and the driver fix the meeting point before the day. Tell your group which side of the terminal and which door before anyone lands.

The 25-mile run into Denver

Downtown is about 25 miles, 30 to 50 minutes. Groups head to the Colorado Convention Center, LoDo and Union Station, Cherry Creek or RiNo. After a long flight and that drive, a restroom on board helps a big group. Most full-size motorcoaches have one. Check the quote.

From the airport to the mountains

From Denver, Breckenridge is about 80 miles and Estes Park about 65. That is a long day on top of a flight, so give us flight times that leave daylight. Mountain weather changes plans. Ask the operator what happens if roads close, before you book.

For Rocky Mountain National Park, a commercial tour run by a Commercial Use Authorization holder needs no timed-entry reservation. If you are planning a park day, tell us so we can ask whether the operator holds one.

Red Rocks concerts

Lower South Lot 2 is where buses drop off, pick up and park. The Upper North Lot can be reserved 48 hours ahead if the vehicle has 24 or more seats and is 85% full. Articulated and double-deck buses must use Lower South Lot 2. Know your head count early so the operator can reserve.

Sedans and SUVs use the limo booth at Island 2, Level 5. For larger vehicles, the driver confirms the meeting point with your group contact before the day.

How long is the drive from DEN to downtown?

About 30 to 50 minutes for roughly 25 miles.

Can the bus park close to the stage at Red Rocks?

Lower South Lot 2. If the vehicle has 24 or more seats and is 85% full, it can book the Upper North Lot with 48 hours' notice.

Can we take the train downtown instead?

Union Station is on the RTD A Line. It suits a few people. A group with ski bags or luggage does better in one vehicle.
