The vehicles we book, from motorcoach to SUV
Partner operators own and run these vehicles. We match the one that fits your headcount, bags and route.
Match the vehicle to the bags as well as the seats
A motorcoach seats 49 to 81 with large under-floor bays. A midsize coach seats 29 to 35. A minibus seats 16 to 19 with little luggage room. Sprinter vans seat 17 to 19 passengers. A full-size SUV carries up to six. Airport and cruise groups should size by luggage first.

Licensing changes with size
Once a vehicle is built to carry 16 or more, counting the driver, it needs a driver with a passenger-endorsed CDL. A Sprinter van of 17 to 19 passengers is above it. Every operator we book holds the authority and insurance the trip requires.
Party buses and limo vans trade luggage space for perimeter seating and lighting. They suit celebrations, not airport runs.
Questions
Do the buses have restrooms?
Motorcoaches have one, and some midsize models do. Do not count on one in a minibus or van; plan stops.
Which vehicle is best for a 30-person group?
A midsize coach if people bring luggage. A minibus can work for a local event with day bags.
Can I request WiFi?
On motorcoaches it is an option on some vehicles. Ask when you request the quote.
