Charter bus rental with a driver, booked for your group
You tell us the headcount, the pickup and the schedule. We book a motorcoach through a licensed, insured partner operator. The bus and the driver come on one quote.
How a charter bus rental gets booked
We are a booking platform, not a bus company. We do not own coaches or employ drivers. We take your trip to licensed partner operators, pick the vehicle that fits, and quote one price for the whole bus with the driver included.
Nothing is charged until you accept. The operator's cancellation terms are written on the quote, so you read them before you pay. On the day, the operator runs the trip to the schedule you confirmed.

Motorcoach, midsize coach or minibus: sizing the bus
Motorcoach rental starts with two counts: people, then bags. A motorcoach seats 49 to 59, or about 80 on a double-decker, and has under-floor bays, so it handles cruise groups and multi-day tours. A midsize coach seats 29 to 35 with smaller bays. A minibus seats 16 to 19 and has little room for suitcases.
If you sit between sizes, go up one. Thirty people with day bags fit a midsize coach. Thirty people with a week of luggage need the full motorcoach, because bags cannot ride in the aisle.
Sprinter vans, party buses and airport car service
Not every trip needs a charter bus. For airport runs, wine country and small teams, a Sprinter van works, with seats for 17 to 19 passengers. A party bus is built for weddings and nights out. A sedan or SUV covers executives and families of up to six.
Mix them when the day calls for it. A wedding can run a coach for guests and an SUV for the couple.
What moves the price of a bus rental
We do not publish rates, because the same coach costs different amounts on different days. The date matters most: a June Saturday competes with weddings and graduations, and a January Tuesday does not. Hours, miles and vehicle size come next. Waiting time, tolls and parking count too, so give us the full plan up front.
Checking the operator before your group boards
Every partner operator must hold active FMCSA operating authority and a USDOT number where the trip requires it, plus commercial insurance. A regulated bus displays its USDOT number and carrier name on each side, and FMCSA's Bus Safety Search will look that number up.
The limit is 10 hours behind the wheel, after 8 consecutive hours off. A long day with a late return may need a second driver, so tell us the real finish time.
Questions
Do you own the buses?
No. We arrange the booking. A licensed, insured partner operator supplies the coach and the driver and runs the trip.
How far ahead should I book a charter bus?
As soon as you have a date and a headcount. Spring weekends and big event dates tie up coaches first.
Can I get a wheelchair-accessible coach?
Yes. Ask when you request the quote. An operator running over-the-road buses has to supply an accessible bus when you ask, and it can require up to 48 hours' notice.
