Party bus rental
A party bus is a vehicle built for the ride itself: perimeter seating, lights, sound. It is not built for luggage or long highway runs. Book it for the night out, not the airport.
What a party bus is good for
Party buses are for birthdays, bachelor and bachelorette nights, proms and nights out. The builds vary. Up to 14 fit in a Sprinter limo, and more in a larger party bus. They have limo-style seating along the sides and little room for bags.
Plan the night as a route: pickup, two or three stops, drop-off. Each stop adds waiting time, and waiting time is part of the price. Tell us the stops in advance so the operator can plan where the vehicle waits.

What the rules require
- Vehicles designed for 16+ (incl. driver) need a CDL passenger endorsement.
- Even where passengers are exempt, the driver may not hold open alcohol.
Alcohol on board: know the rules first
Federal rules allow states to exempt passengers in for-hire vehicles from their open-container bans. Some do, some don't. The driver never gets that exemption: no open alcohol for the driver, and no drinking in the 4 hours before driving. In Nashville, unenclosed party vehicles may not carry open alcohol. Ask what applies in your city before you plan drinks on board.
Checking the operator
Once a vehicle is built to carry 16 or more, counting the driver, the driver needs a passenger-endorsed CDL. A for-hire vehicle built for 9 to 15 counts as a commercial vehicle when it crosses state lines. Ask for the operator's USDOT number with the quote. For a prom, parents will ask. Have the answer ready.
Questions
How big a group can a party bus take?
That varies with the build. A Sprinter limo holds up to 14; bigger buses hold more. Send the head count and we match the vehicle.
Can we drink on the party bus?
That depends on the state. Some exempt passengers in hired vehicles from open-container bans. In Nashville, unenclosed party vehicles may not carry open alcohol. Ask before you plan.
Can the party bus pick us up at the airport?
It is the wrong vehicle for that. There is minimal space for luggage. Book a van or coach for the airport and the party bus for the night.
Is a prom booking different?
Plan it the same way: route, stops, and a latest drop-off time. Share the operator's details with parents before the night.
