Seattle Cruise Charter Bus and Group Transfers
Seattle cruises sail from two different piers. Sending the bus to the wrong one is the classic mistake. We book a licensed operator and send one quote with the driver included.
Pier 66 or Pier 91: check your line
Pier 66, the Bell Street Cruise Terminal, serves Norwegian and Oceania. Every other line uses Pier 91, the Smith Cove Cruise Terminal. Check your booking, then send us the pier with the ship name.
Pier 66 has bus parking in front, in its transport lot. Pier 91 has a transport lot too, with bus parking near the entrance, and cruise buses get a designated entry and exit. The driver follows the pier's layout.

Ground transportation at the port
- Pier 66 (Norwegian, Oceania): transport lot with bus parking in front.
- Pier 91 (other lines): transport lot with bus parking near entrance.
- Pier 91 has a designated entry/exit for cruise buses.
- At SEA, cruise buses board from the baggage claim level.
Nearest airports
- Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA) — about 15 miles, 30-45 min
Sea-Tac to the ship
The cruise terminals are about 15 miles from Sea-Tac, 30 to 45 minutes. A private charter checks in at the 28th Street lot, then loads from the garage's Northeast Charter Lot, on Floor 1. Cruise-line buses are different. They board from the baggage claim level. Tell your group which one they are on.
Send flight numbers. The pickup follows the actual landing. Avoid a same-day flight on sailing day if you can. If a flight is delayed, tell us and we rework the pickup.
A night downtown before sailing
Arriving a day early and staying downtown takes the pressure off sailing day. Charter buses get 15 minutes in the Pike Place Market zone on 1st Ave. Plan a quick drop, then a set pickup time. The Seattle Aquarium at Pier 59 fills a short morning too.
Luggage on a cruise transfer
Cruise luggage runs heavy, especially on longer sailings. A motorcoach has large under-floor bays. A Sprinter van has less space behind the last row. Tell us the bag count. Bags are stowed so no exit is blocked.
